3) The online system shall prevent users from placing service orders without a retention schedule.
4) The system has capabilities of producing standard reports and custom reports.
5) Routine training seminars provided upon request for user friendly online system procedure.
6) Electronic documents including Standard Operating Procedures for system training.
1) Determine approximate time table and detailed transition operating plan.
2) Coordinate daily pick-ups and scheduling with incumbent vendor. (work with incumbent within reason)
3) Prepare all proper insurance documents and work order documents for transition process.
4) Inspect all records/material/boxes for unique identifier such as bar codes special markings.
5) Monitor and capture all material coming into Record Center.
6) Index and double key entry records into online system for accuracy.
